The product refresh needed to dovetail with the website design. After many workshops and User Interviews, we conducted a card sort to determine the architecture of the site. Once we knew the users’ taxonomy, I worked with the content team in laying out the strategy for content creation. The analytics team were a part of the entire design process as well. A lot of user information was capture by the previous website.
We quickly prototyped and tested with users in a lean fashion, to align with development sprints.
After the testing, we moved on to the visual stage. Then tested again…and again.
